• Rates in Euro's per night.
• Children up to 2 years old for free.
• Finalcleaning 50€
• Checkout after noon: 1/2 day rate

High season: 16-2 t/m 2-3, 28-6 t/m 31-8 en 20-12 t/m 4-1
Middle season: 7-1 t/m 15-2, 3-3 t/m 27-6 en 11-10 t/m 26-10
Low season: 1-9 t/m 10-10 en 27-10 t/m 19-12

Conditions

Rental period can start any day of the week.

Arrival and departure

Arrival is possible after 16.00 hrs and you must leave the bungalow before noon at departure date. If possible you can stay longer on deparure date. It will cost halve a day price

Cleaning

De bungalow will be cleaned before you come and after you have left. During your stay we ask you to clean the bungalow yourself and leave it as clean as possible at departure.

Liability

During rental periode the tenant is liable for all damages made on our property and its surroundings. The landlord is not liable for lost or theft of personal belonging of the tenant. You are requested to report any damages immediately to the caretakers.

Payment

Payment is due 6 weeks before rental period on our account. It is also possible to pay with your credit card via Paypal (4% extra).

Cancellation

We advise you tot insure yourself on cancellation possibility. Cancellation until 6 weeks before rental period: 10% of total rental price. Cancellation within 6 weeks before rental period: 100% of total rental price.
